 This facial scrub is truly exquisite! It’s one of the best facial scrubs I have ever used and trust me; I have used many brands over the years from cheap drugstore to pricy counter brands. Panpuri is a Thai spa brand, currently available in Europe and Middle East and pretty soon US and Japan.

Panpuri’s range of products is made from 100% pure plant actives and essential oils, it is hypo-allergenic, dematologically tested and is fragrance free. The main ingredients of this scrub is Jasmine extract (free radical defense), olive butter (nourishes with proteins and vitamins), rice (rich in vitamin E and help nourishes and moisturizes) and bamboo (cleanses and exfoliates).

After usage, you can feel that your skin is squeaky clean and your complexion instantaneously becomes more radiant (I kid you not!). I liked the end result but didn’t really care too much for the smell though, perhaps because it is fragrance free, so instead of smelling like perfume, it just had a hint of jasmine and rice smell to it. I was genuinely surprised that the product worked so well as normally I do not have much faith in so called “spa products”, let alone spa products which are 100% natural. The texture of the product is so cream and smooth, the grains are super fine, it just doesn’t feel grainy at all, just creamy…which is fantastic! This suits me just fine as personally I like to use delicate products for my face. I have to say, this brand is very comparable to my all time favourite brand Payot and cheaper too!

Aside from the smell, it’s worth splurging on this product and I use the word splurge as this product isn’t cheap by any mean. I picked it up at Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport and paid THB 1360 for it (approximately USD 42.5 or RM 136). Since I was pleasantly surprised by this spa brand, I can’t wait to try their other products as well!
